I am proud to be serving as the principal for Michael J. Castori Elementary School.  I look forward to playing a role in the continued redevelopment of Castori School.  We will work together to deliver a first-class education to our children.

    I graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Social Science and later pursued my teaching credential at San Francisco State University. I then returned to Sacramento State to pursue my Master's Degree, and Administrative Credential in urban school leadership.  I taught school for seven years before becoming an elementary school principal. 

    My wife and I are raising our two children in  Sacramento's midtown community.  We enjoy being a part of the vibrant midtown area in Sacramento.  We spend our time with extended family and friends in the area, enjoying the parks, music concerts, reading stories, and working to make our community a better place to live.

    I am an avid sports fan and enjoy watching just about any sport.  In my spare time I read, play and explore with my children, work in the yard, and watch movies.
